In Ireland, the Work Permit Scheme is for issuance of work permits for occupations with a salary of EUR 30,000 a year or more where Green Card Permits are not available. In very limited circumstances, they can be issued for salary ranges below EUR 30,000 a year.

If you want to work in Belgium and you are not an EU citizen, you can aply for work permit type B. After you work more that 4 years having a work permit type B, you can aply for a work permit type A.
Rules to obtain the Work Permit Type B:
- it’s renewable period of one year.
- if you change jobs your permit is invalidated
- your potential employer must apply for an employment authorisation from the regional employment...
