Maternity benefit is not regarded as Income and should not be taxed. However, many employers make the mistake of over taxing their employees whilst they are out on maternity leave. This can happen if you continue to pay your employee their full wage as normal and recover the maternity benefit directly from the Dept of Social Protection.

Hi there,
I am a Group Exercise Instructor (Fitness Instructor) from Malaysia who is interested to work in Ireland. My question is :
1) I've received a few reply from the leading Fitness Centres in Dublin asking me to come for an interview anytime I'm in Ireland.
2) I am eager to migrate to Ireland with my family and how do I apply for a Work Permit OR can I ask the management to arrange a Work Permit (by cutting a few hundred euro in contra of paying for me?)

Thanking you all in advance for assisting me with a reply.
Cheers

[...] Besides the problems that Hungarians have with public transport in Budapest, the Hungarian government must solve the problem of airline-state Malev. The company was privatized in February 2007 but was nationalized in 2010, the Hungarian state holding 95% of shares. One solution, of course, is the state to pull back on sale the majority stake and find an investor to take over the company. It should support the company’s losses and to return the money owed by the company as a result of the sanctions dictated by the European Commission. [...]

since brussels is a site of so numerous eu institutions etc. innocent people are affected becuase it's not their choice to come there but they are obliged to travel they have nothing to do with belgian governments and pensions. therefore belgain antiterrorist forces should help them to travel during such strikes or even nato. i mean removing blokades of the chosen roads bringing security, monitoring, military transport, armored vehicles helicopters, transport aircraft etc.
