Customs agents and police officers in Panama uncovered an unusual smuggling attempt this week when they found 12 packages of suspected hydroponic marijuana<\/a> stuffed inside children’s teddy bears. The stuffed animals arrived in three cardboard boxes shipped from the United States. But instead of soft cotton filling, someone had packed four large plastic wrappers containing the illegal substance inside the toys.
