The fourth edition of open temples week<\/strong> will welcome Panamanians into sacred spaces often hidden behind ornate doors, from August 10 through 15, as twelve distinct faith communities join forces to replace suspicion with conversation. Organizers from the Interreligious Committee of Panama announced the initiative this Friday, framing it as a direct response to the polarization and social fragmentation that dominate headlines across the Americas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The week\u2019s program, which drew roughly 2,500 visitors during last year\u2019s edition, has expanded its reach to include students, educators, and professionals beyond the curious faithful. Rather than a lecture series or theological debate, the experience is designed as an intimate walk through active prayer halls, meditation rooms, and cultural spaces where believers will explain their rituals without any pressure to convert.
