Whole or instant powdered milk in packages between 345 and 400 grams, excluding infant formulas, cannot exceed $3.76. White sandwich bread in 14 to 18 ounce packages, excluding whole wheat and specialty varieties, is priced at no more than $0.92.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Despite these official caps, the regulated products are becoming increasingly hard to find on supermarket shelves.
