Between January and August of this year, Acodeco received more than 2,200 complaints. Cases resolved in favor of consumers totaled approximately $12.7 million, while pending complaints represent over $22 million in potential additional recoveries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Warranty violations alone account for 861 cases so far this year. Other frequent issues include lack of information, hidden defects, contract breaches, and abusive clauses.
