Units from Plaza Amador, Calidonia, Balboa, and Carrasquilla stations were dispatched to the scene. Their primary objective was to extinguish the fire and create a perimeter to stop it from jumping to adjacent barracks. The rapid deployment of resources from four separate stations underscored the severity of the situation and the risk of a wider conflagration in the tightly packed neighborhood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two fire department ambulances were also sent to the site as a precautionary measure.
