The plan also includes preliminary designs, construction budgets, and blueprints for the park&#8217;s initial stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fundaci\u00f3n Amador will oversee execution of the planned actions while the Ministry of Culture receives the cooperation funds. Officials positioned the studies as foundational work that will guide physical construction and operational planning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Amador area already hosts the Biomuseo, designed by Frank Gehry, making the park a natural extension of the cultural corridor along Panama City&#8217;s Pacific entrance.
